EURO TECNO TOOL PEOPLE: interview with Noemi Giunta

The real value of a company lies in its people, their skills and commitment. That’s why we decided to create a space where our employees can tell their stories and offer their point of view.

Today we interviewed Noemi Giunta, who is an intern of the Production Department. Here is what she shared with us.

What is your academic background, and what led you to choose Euro Tecno Tool for your internship?

I attend the Macedonio Melloni Technical and Economic Institute, specializing in analysis, management, and programming of IT systems.
I chose Euro Tecno Tool for my internship because I had heard about it and knew it would offer me a complete view of both the production process and accounting activities.

What did you work on during your internship, and what were the most interesting aspects of your daily experience at Euro Tecno Tool?

During my internship, I worked in the Production Department, where I handled both accounting and production-related tasks, including order and invoice entry, document management, and job order launches. I also had the opportunity to understand how to use the company’s management software.

I found all the different activities interesting and appreciated the chance to learn something new every day.

What are you taking away from this internship at Euro Tecno Tool from a professional point of view?

I’m leaving with a better understanding of the working world and of the responsibilities linked to the tasks I was given. This experience also helped me face the fear of making mistakes and approach new activities with more confidence and trust in my abilities.

How do you think Euro Tecno Tool supports and values young people entering its working environment?

Right from the start, I found people who were helpful and ready to assist me and answer every single question I had. They allowed me to grasp even the smallest details of company processes, essential for gaining complete knowledge.

I believe Euro Tecno Tool has great potential to support young people by trusting them from the very beginning and offering an environment where they can grow, learn, and challenge themselves through active participation.
