EURO TECNO TOOL PEOPLE: a talk with Gianmaria Citron

The real value of a company lies in its people, their skills and commitment. That’s why we decided to create a space where our employees can tell their stories and offer their point of view.

Today we interviewed Gianmaria Citron, who is part of the Technical Department. Here is what he shared with us.

1. GIANMARIA, TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE IN EURO TECNO TOOL.

I have been at Euro Tecno Tool for a little over a year and come from a completely different industry. I was therefore pleasantly surprised that I was given the opportunity to test my skills in this context. I think my bosses have picked up on my maturity as a person and my eagerness to learn. So today I am involved in even very complex projects in a work environment that I really appreciate. There is a good dialogue with colleagues in the workshop and a lot of participation and sharing of goals.

The work is very interesting, and now that we are leaving the pandemic behind, it is even more so, because we have the opportunity to go to customers more often and see the destination of what we produce. This allows us to have a more complete view of our work.

2. WHAT MAKES EURO TECNO TOOL AN IDEAL PARTNER FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS?

I believe that one aspect of the company that adds great value to our projects is the experience and expertise of employees. This expertise often gives us the ability to act as consultants to our clients, even on problems that are outside the scope of our work in the strict sense. It is a feature that is greatly appreciated.

3. WHERE DO YOU SEE EURO TECNO TOOL IN THE NEAR FUTURE?

In the company, I see a lot of desire to grow, and I am convinced that this will happen, both in terms of personnel and machinery.

On the personnel side, we are looking to hire highly skilled talent, also people with experience who can bring their know-how to the company. While, from the machinery point of view, we intend to invest in new equipment to be able to work more and better.

What is certain is that there is no shortage of work, so making these investments will allow us to meet the needs of old and new customers!

Gianmaria gave us very interesting insights. Don’t miss the next episode of ETT People!
